Sudurpashchim Development Foundation — a registered community-rooted non-profit based in Dhangadhi-13, Rajpur, Kailali.
Sudurpashchim Development Foundation (सुदूरपश्चिम विकास फाउण्डेसन), branded as SuPa Foundation, is a registered non-profit social organization based in Dhangadhi-13, Rajpur, Kailali, Nepal. Registered in 2082 B.S. under the Organization Registration Act, 2034, the foundation works for balanced development in Sudurpashchim through community-led, multi-sector programs.
The constitution recognizes Sudurpashchim as geographically remote and comparatively underserved in physical infrastructure, human development, social development, and economic opportunity, while also being rich in natural resources, history, language, and culture.
A prosperous, equitable, and self-reliant Sudurpashchim where communities thrive with dignity, opportunity, and local ownership.
To strengthen livelihoods, local production, welfare, cultural preservation, research, dialogue, and advocacy for balanced development in Sudurpashchim.

Objectives
SuPa Foundation's objectives are drawn from its founding constitution. These objectives guide every program, partnership, research effort, and advocacy activity.
Create employment opportunities for youth and strengthen local product marketing, agriculture and livestock modernization, eco-tourism, industry, cooperatives, and investment attraction.
Expand community access to banking and finance, support practical and affordable education programs, and help reintegrate people returning from foreign employment.
Conduct studies and research on development issues, publish reports, and make findings available to the public.
Run skill-based training, support employment creation, improve health services, empower women, children, and Dalit communities, and facilitate dispute management and mediation.
Support drinking water, sanitation, water resources, and energy development that contributes to poverty reduction.
Study and support community development, inclusion, senior citizen protection, health services, and social security programs.
Protect local arts, culture, heritage, language, literature, and traditional records through groups and public awareness programs.
Facilitate dialogue, conferences, documentation, and advocacy for the overall economic, physical, social, religious, and cultural development of Sudurpashchim.

SuPa Foundation was formed to support employment, local production, agriculture and livestock modernization, eco-tourism, education, health, social welfare, and cultural preservation.
We believe balanced development requires local dialogue, evidence, transparency, and cooperation with government bodies, communities, partners, and the wider Sudurpashchim diaspora.
